
Admission Office introduces educational opportunities to students who are motivated to achieve academic excellence. The staff strives to answer the queries objectively and provides up to date information to all prospective students.
Confirmation of admission will be subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions:
- Meeting eligibility criteria
- Payment of all dues including admission, tuition and other fee charges
- Submission of Medical Fitness Certificate from Madina Teaching Hospital
- Signing of an undertaking to abide by the rules and regulations framed by the college from time to time
Applications:
The fee for application package is Rs 300/- and can be paid in cash if the admission material is collected in person.
Applications are to be made on the prescribed form which must be accompanied by original documents and authenticated copies of the testimonials.
Applicants are advised to ensure that the application form is complete in all respect. The following documents must be submitted with the form.
- Four recent passport size photographs
- Photocopy of C.N.I C/Form B
- Two photo copies of certificate and marks sheets
- Character Certificate
- Migration Certificate in case of Matric from Board other than Faisalabad Board.
- Equivalence Certificate from IBCC for O Levels
- Incomplete applications are not entertained.
Fees and Expenditure:
College is a non-profit entity and strives to provide quality education on subsidized basis. The fee structure is so designed as to make it affordable for the students from varying socio economic strata. The details about tuition, admission and other fees and charges are available on a separate sheet provided with the application package.
Scholarships:
Maximum scholarships are offered to the gifted students. First
Seven board toppers will be given 100% with in addition to that she will be provided books, uniform and Rs 1000/month as a stipend from the College.
Financial Assistance Program:
Responding to its tradition as an institution having a strong welfare commitment, University College for Women offers a broad-based and liberal financial assistance program for the meritorious as well as deserving students.
To apply for financial assistance the applicant is required to submit an application on the prescribed form, which can be obtained separately or with the prospectus on payment of Rs 100/- This form should be submitted along with the admission form.
Financial Assistance Policy:
The financial aid committee takes decision pertaining to financial assistance on need cum performance basis.
The Financial Aid Committee assesses the financial need of candidates, and determines whether or not the candidate’s family has adequate resources to finance education at College. The need is determined on the basis of the statement of financial resources submitted by the student at the time of admission and at the end of academic year thereafter, other sources of information if required, and interviews of applicants by the Financial Aid Committee. |
